# Sizes

> Escouade comes as a single plan, with no price per user and none per module. Escouade, Meet, Mail, Social and Tools are in every size; from one size to the next, only the number of users and the usage allowance change.

Prices exclude tax: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code (CGI). The ratios between sizes and the figures given as markers are indicative: they are recalibrated on actual use. Beyond the allowance, [credits](https://escouade.io/en/docs/utilisation-et-facture.md#credits) take over, without changing size.

The thirteen tools of [Tools](https://escouade.io/en/docs/tools.md) are in every size, Free included: they run in your browser and consume nothing.

## Free

Free is made for driving Escouade from your own assistant: Claude or ChatGPT, connected through MCP, reads and writes in it. It includes no Escouade AI, except the [free trial](https://escouade.io/en/docs/utilisation-et-facture.md#essai), once: a 2-hour meeting, about a hundred quick questions, about fifty pages read. Beyond that, credits, from €10.

## Changing size, cancelling

- **Changing size** will be done from the account's Billing page. Until then, write to <contact@escouade.io>.
- **Cancelling** means going back to Free: the days already used remain due, nothing more, and no data is deleted. Each day is paid at the size in force that day: see [The invoice](https://escouade.io/en/docs/utilisation-et-facture.md#facture).

## Guided onboarding

Optional, one-off: **€600 excl. VAT**. It covers setting up your workspace, importing your data, one connected mailbox and an hour of getting started. Beyond that, support and training are charged by the day, **€500 excl. VAT**.
