# `close_thread`

Close a conversation.

Closes a thread that has been dealt with: it leaves what is waiting for a reply (unanswered) and takes the closed status, without erasing anything. It reopens if the correspondent replies to it, or if you do. Refused while a draft or a queued message waits in it.

## Access

- **Key**: an Escouade Mail key with `send` or `approve`.
- **Space**: any space, verified or not.
- **Changes nothing**: no, it acts.
- **Safe to replay**: yes.
