# `delete_inbox`

Delete an inbox.

Deletes an inbox: its drafts and queued messages are cancelled, and the mail account is deleted if Escouade Mail created it (an inbox attached by an Escouade Mail administrator is only detached). Threads remain readable in the log. Irreversible: pass confirm = true.

## Access

- **Key**: an Escouade Mail key with `manage_inboxes`.
- **Space**: any space, verified or not.
- **Changes nothing**: no, it acts.
- **Safe to replay**: use an `idempotency_key` where the tool offers one.

## Parameters
