`remove_attachment`

Remove an attachment.

Removes an attachment from a draft (att_…, see list_drafts). The draft changes version: an approval given for the old one no longer counts.

Access

Key: an Escouade Mail key with send or approve.
Space: a verified space.
Changes nothing: no, it acts.
Safe to replay: use an idempotency_key where the tool offers one.
