No plan is charged per user. Prices exclude VAT; the allowances and their ratios are indicative, and are recalibrated on real usage.
Each size comes with a usage allowance: meetings, voice, chat questions, emails sent. You follow it as a percentage, over the day and over the week, in Account and subscription, in Escouade’s settings. Beyond it, credits in euros take over, in packs of €10, €25 or €50, valid for twelve months and shared across all functions; or you move up a size.
Guided onboarding costs €600 excl. VAT, once. It is optional, but very strongly recommended for advanced use of Escouade.

Limits of the calculation
This calculation compares Escouade hub. Online, Pro costs €60 excl. VAT per month, whatever the number of users. Only count the tools the package would replace: you still need an email service. Per-user subscriptions often include AI, the package does not. The integration range is a published order of magnitude, not a quote. Training (€500 excl. VAT per day) and data migration from a third-party tool are not included.

What exactly is Escouade?
Software that reads your emails and your documents, links them to your customers and your deals, answers your questions and prepares proposals that your team approves. You use it online, from the Free plan to Max, or you take Escouade hub, installed on a server in your name: your data on your server.
Where does our data go?
Online, the software, the database and your documents are on our server, in France. With Escouade hub, they stay on a server in your name. What is needed goes to the AI provider: the questions, the passages needed for the answer and the emails to analyse. The models are named, with where they run; on your server, you choose your own.
Do we have to replace our tools?
No. Escouade reads your mailboxes and your documents. You can then gradually replace scattered tools, at your own pace.
How much does it really cost?
Online, a single plan with no per-user price: Free at €0 and Essential at €19 excl. VAT per month, for 3 users; Pro at €60 excl. VAT and Max at €249 excl. VAT per month, unlimited users. You pay for usage, tracked as a percentage over the day and over the week; beyond it, credits in euros take over. Free also opens Meet, Mail and Social; it includes no AI, apart from a free trial given once only, then credits. Guided onboarding costs €600 excl. VAT, once: optional, it is very strongly recommended for advanced use. Escouade hub, your data on your server: an €8,000 excl. VAT licence, with six months of updates, and an integration of at least €3,000 excl. VAT, depending on your context and processes; after that, annual maintenance, under €900 excl. VAT per year. Meet, Mail, Social and Tools are then taken as an online subscription, as for all our customers.
What if one of us stops?
Online, your data stays yours. With Escouade hub, if you stop maintenance, your installation keeps running on the version it has, and your data stays accessible. Your right of use has no end date: if we ceased trading, you would keep the software; only new versions would stop.
How long does installation take?
Online, you open your workspace yourself, and guided onboarding, if you take it, sets it up with you. On your server, it depends on the access to approve and the volume of data to migrate: we specify it with you during scoping.
