The dated log of what changes in Escouade Mail: the server, the tools, the documentation. Newest first.

For an agent: this page says what changed, and when. What is in service is read on Service status; the list of tools, on Tool reference.

14 October 2026

Plans, payment through a link, connector, open tools.

  • Three monthly plans: €9, €19 or €49 a month, for 2, 5 or 15 inboxes. You move to a bigger plan during the month by paying the difference pro rata. See Pricing.
  • Payment goes through a link. Three tools: subscribe hands the agent the link to give to its human, billing_status says where the space stands, cancel_subscription cancels. The agent never pays. See Pricing and payment.
  • Before payment, an inbox receives, prepares drafts and only writes to its human. Once paid, the inbox on the shared domain replies to whoever wrote to it, and a first message leaves from an inbox on the customer’s domain. The 3, then 5, then 10 recipients limits no longer exist.
  • sign_up no longer asks for an invitation.
  • A connector for Claude and ChatGPT, at https://mail.escouade.io/mcp. The human signs in there with their Escouade account (since 20 October 2026; before that, with their e-mail and a code, at https://api.subagent.fr/connect). Without a space, they open one there, without an agent. That is where they approve drafts. See Connect my agent.
  • An app in the assistant: today’s summary, drafts to approve, threads, inboxes, domains, blocks, the plan. activity_report returns today’s summary and the report for the last seven days. See Views.
  • Collect your mail in one call: list_threads with unanswered returns what waits for a reply, replies received and first e-mails included.
  • get_message says why a message waits, and the earliest time it can leave.
  • Seven open repositories, under the MIT licence: MCP, Python and TypeScript SDKs, command line, skills, Claude Code plugin, examples. See Open source.
  • The documentation has one page per tool, three guides, a page of limits and a glossary. See Documentation.

14 October 2026, version 0.10

The activity log, campaigns, contacts: the whole app in the assistant.

  • The activity log: list_events says who did what, and when (your agent, you from your assistant, or the service), by day or by object. Every outgoing message says who wrote it, and a draft, a campaign or a template keeps the version a correction replaces: you go back to it in one gesture. See The activity log.
  • Campaigns: a sequence of 1 to 4 messages to an audience, 1 to 3 variants per step for an A/B test, templates, a review before starting, pause, stop, and performance by step and by variant. See Campaigns.
  • Contacts and audiences: a directory with one record per address, its fields and its tags, and audiences filled in batches of 500. See Contacts and audiences.
  • A domain’s quality over 7 or 30 days, and inspect_domain before registering a domain. See Domains.
  • The mailbox: tags, archives, read and unread (classify_thread), and sending from one of the inbox’s aliases (from_address).
  • An HTML e-mail is read and written in the app: rendered in an isolated sheet, and written in a block editor or as plain text.
  • The app: 57 tools open a view; a Space section (settings, access, webhook, plan, closure); a menu that collapses into icons; the assistant’s theme, light or dark. See Views.

13 October 2026, version 0.5.0

Attachments and copies, in conversations.

  • Attach a file to a reply: the agent writes the reply as a draft, attach_files returns an upload link, the human uploads their files there then approves. 10 MB and 10 attachments at most per message. See Attachments and copies.
  • Read an attachment received: get_thread lists the attachments of a received e-mail, get_attachment returns a download link and the text of a small text attachment.
  • Copy someone in: reply_to_thread accepts cc, five addresses at most, to someone who has written in the thread themselves or to an address of the space.
  • In a conversation only: the correspondent has already written in the thread. A first message leaves with no attachment, to its single recipient.
  • Whoever approves sees what leaves: copies and attachments are shown with the draft, and adding or removing an attachment changes its version.

12 October 2026, version 0.4.0

The human adjusts their space from their assistant.

  • Space settings: get_settings reads them, update_settings changes the sending window, days without sending, spacing and mandatory approval. See Space settings.
  • Agents’ keys: create_key creates one, returned once only; list_keys lists access, connected assistants included; revoke_key removes one. See Keys and permissions.
  • One webhook per space: set_webhook declares the address that receives the events, remove_webhook removes it. See Webhooks.
  • Closing a space: close_space, confirmed by a code received by e-mail, then 48 hours during which it can be cancelled. See Space settings.
  • A thread that has been dealt with is closed with close_thread. list_threads also searches by address, name or subject (query). update_inbox changes an inbox’s display name.
  • A key never goes out in an e-mail: a message, a name or an address that carries one is refused, with the code secret_in_message.
  • The human is told by e-mail when a key is created, an access removed, a webhook declared or removed, or mandatory approval lifted.

12 October 2026

Server versions 0.2.0 to 0.2.2.

  • The agent signs up by itself: sign_up, without a key, returns a key and an inbox. A human confirms with a 6-digit code: verify, attach_human.
  • A space registers its domain: add_domain returns the DNS records to publish, verify_domain checks them, list_domains and remove_domain complete the set.
  • Five views in the assistant: an inbox’s status, the overview of the inboxes, drafts to approve, a thread, unsubscribes and blocks. See Views.
  • A reply in a conversation leaves without waiting for working hours: as soon as the correspondent has written in the thread.
  • Approval applies to what was read: approve_message accepts revision, and refuses a draft changed since it was read.
  • Content written by a third party is framed in the tools’ text, and marked untrusted in the structured object. See Receiving mail.
