Content and offer

Prices are stated excluding VAT. As long as the publisher is under the VAT franchise scheme, no VAT is charged: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Escouade is taken online, as a single plan, with no per-user price: Free at €0 and Essential at €19 excl. VAT per month, for three users; Pro at €60 excl. VAT and Max at €249 excl. VAT per month, for an unlimited number of users. Each size provides a usage allowance, tracked as a percentage over the day and over the week; beyond it, credits in euros take over. The allowances are indicative and are recalibrated on real usage. Guided onboarding, which is optional, costs €600 excl. VAT, once.

Escouade hub, your data on your server, is the edition of Escouade installed on a server in the customer’s name: Escouade (the CRM, documents, agents and the three MCP connectors), the data and the AI. The price on signature consists of an €8,000 excl. VAT licence, with no usage end date and with six months of updates, and an integration of at least €3,000 excl. VAT, depending on the company’s context and processes: standard installation, configuration of the environment within the agreed scope, set-up of the ingestion of the agreed sources, configuration of the server and of the backups. The integration amount is set in the commercial proposal. The sources, volumes and access required are specified in the commercial proposal. Training, additional configuration, hosting and AI usage are separate. After the first six months, the optional annual maintenance, under €900 excl. VAT per year, extends access to the updates and improvements of the foundation. Meet, Mail, Social and Tools are not part of Escouade hub: they are taken as an online subscription, as for every customer. A licence is issued only after the customer has signed a licence agreement.

Société Martin, the Horizon deal and everything shown in the interactive demo on the home page (Cabinet Morel, Fournitures Delorme, Groupe Rivière, their contacts and their deals) are fictitious. The product screens shown on the website are faithful recreations of the interface, made for the presentation film, with fictitious data; the interactive demo is a recreation of it that runs in your browser. The three installations cited as proof are real: two client companies and the publisher’s own instance. The clients’ names are not published. Uses depend on the sources, tools and workflows configured.
