The Escouade workspace
Escouade is the family’s workspace, at https://app.escouade.io. It reads your emails and your documents, links them to your customers and your deals, and turns them into a shared memory that your team questions in the chat and that your agents read with your rights.
Opening your workspace
An organisation signed up to the Escouade account opens its workspace the first time it signs in to https://app.escouade.io. The workspace arrives ready: the standard objects and their links, the chart of accounts, the journals, the VAT rates and the starting ingestion templates. The organisation’s members enter on their own, with the role the account gives them.

The path of an email
- It arrives: from a connected Gmail, Outlook or IMAP mailbox, with its attachments.
- It is read: the text, PDFs, scans, Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.
- It is classified: as a document, a record, a dated fact.
- It is linked: to the contact, the company and the deal it concerns.
- It enters the memory: the chat and your agents find it again, and cite it.
What Escouade cannot settle on its own becomes a proposal, which awaits your decision.
Your assistant, connected
Escouade has three MCP servers: read, write and integrator. Claude or ChatGPT connects to them with an address and your sign-in, and acts with your rights: see Escouade’s MCP servers.
The family switcher
At the top of the sidebar, the family switcher leads to Meet, Mail, Social, Tools and Prescriptio without signing in again, and shows your organisation and its size. In the settings, "My suite" says what your size gives you of each application, with a button to open it.
Exporting your workspace
An administrator downloads a complete archive of the workspace, through a link valid for 15 minutes. A free workspace with no activity for six months is warned by email thirty days before it is archived, and can still export its data.
