Escouade hub is the edition of Escouade on your own server: the CRM, the documents, the agents and the three MCP servers, the data and the AI, installed on a server in your name. Your data stays with you.

What is included

Escouade: the CRM, the Library, ingestion, the chat, the agents, automations, and the three MCP servers (read, write, integrator).
Installing and configuring the server, configuration within the agreed scope, ingestion of the agreed context, setting up backups.
Six months of updates.

What is not

Meet, Mail, Social and Tools: they are taken as an online subscription, as for all our customers. Your Gmail and Outlook mailboxes, for their part, connect to your instance.
Taking over data from a third-party tool, quoted separately.
Hosting and AI consumption: the server is in your name, and the AI runs with your own keys, with the providers of your choice, with no allowance.
Training and needs beyond the scope, server administration, custom development.

The price


Licence	€8,000 excl. VAT, with no usage term, with six months of updates
Integration	At least €3,000 excl. VAT, set in the quote according to your context and processes
Per user	€0: you hire without changing plan
Maintenance, after six months	Under €900 excl. VAT a year, optional: it extends the updates
Training and support	€500 excl. VAT per day, on request

Prices exclude tax: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code (CGI). We sign a licence agreement together before any installation. Without maintenance, your installation keeps running with the version it has, and your data stays accessible.

What differs from the online edition

An instance never depends on the online Escouade account: it has its own sign-in and its own accounts. The family switcher only appears there if the publisher switches it on.
The MCP tools carry the instance’s name instead of escouade_: on an instance named "hub", hub_trouver, hub_ecrire… The addresses follow your server’s: https://<your-instance>/mcp, /mcp/ecriture, /mcp/integration.
AI providers are set in Settings › AI › Providers, with your keys: the chat’s language model and the voice of voice mode, for example.

Installation

We install and configure Escouade on a server in your name. How long it takes depends on the access to be approved and the volume of data to take over; we specify it during scoping.
