No plan is charged per user. Prices exclude VAT; the allowances and their ratios are indicative, and are recalibrated on real usage.

In your workspace, “My suite” opens Meet, Mail, Social and Tools on your organisation, with nothing to connect, and says what your size gives you. “Account and subscription” shows your size, your usage, your members and your invoices. Connectors, for their part, connect your third-party tools: Gmail, Outlook, your Claude or your ChatGPT.

You pay for usage, not for people

Each size comes with a usage allowance: meetings, voice, chat questions, emails sent. You follow it as a percentage, over the day and over the week, in Account and subscription, in Escouade’s settings. Beyond it, credits in euros take over, in packs of €10, €25 or €50, valid for twelve months and shared across all functions; or you move up a size.

Guided onboarding

Guided onboarding costs €600 excl. VAT, once. It is optional, but very strongly recommended for advanced use of Escouade.

It covers setting up your workspace, importing your data, connecting one mailbox and an hour of hands-on training. Beyond that, support is charged by the day, €500 excl. VAT.

Escouade hub: your data on your server

Your data must stay with you? Take Escouade hub: Escouade (the CRM, documents, agents and the three MCP connectors), the data and the AI, on a server in your name. An €8,000 excl. VAT licence with no usage end date, with six months of updates, and an integration of at least €3,000 excl. VAT, tailored to your context. The AI runs with your own keys, from the providers of your choice, with no allowance. No per-user price.

After the first six months

Escouade hub includes six months of updates. After that, annual maintenance, under €900 excl. VAT per year, extends them, if you wish. Without it, your installation keeps running on the version it has, and your data stays accessible.

Meet, Mail, Social and Tools are not part of Escouade hub: they are taken as an online subscription, through your Escouade account, as for all our customers, with nothing to install on your side. Your installation links to your account in one step, and the applications you subscribe to appear in “My suite”. Before any licence, we sign a licence agreement together: what is installed, the use with no end date, the six months of updates then the maintenance, and your data, which stays with you.
