A shared memory for your emails, your documents and your deals.

Escouade, the AI infrastructure for SMEs, is software installed on a server in your name. It reads what your company already writes, links it to your customers and your deals, and makes it available to your teams and your AI agents.

Escouade’s chat applies the new delivery date of the Horizon deal, with the records cited.

The chat

Ask a question about a customer, a deal, a document. The answer draws on your records and your documents, and names them.

It can also prepare a change, which you apply or not.

A chat answer, with the records cited and the extract from the site minutes it rests on.

CRM and documents, with AI

The library. Every attachment is filed in its deal’s folder, read (scans included) and findable by its content. Search answers by citing its documents.

The built-in CRM. Contacts, companies, deals, quotes: a data model configurable to your trade, with no development. Every email is linked to its file.

A CRM and document management with AI, with no per-user price: you switch on the modules you use.

The modules of a workspace: customer relations, projects and deals, library, automations.

The control centre

What the agents propose arrives here: create a record, update a deal, link an email. Every proposal says why, cites its source and gives a confidence score. You approve or you reject.

AI agents

The control centre: the queue of proposals and the detail of one of them.

Automations

A trigger (a time, an email, a file received), steps, a result. They are built in the tool, with no code.

Three automations and their steps: daily summary, check of the files received, reporting.

Dashboards

Built from your records: active deals, documents to review, this week’s tasks, team by team.

A deals dashboard: three indicators, the activity, what needs following up.

Access rights

Each role sees its own scope: the objects it reads, the ones it edits. Answers from the chat and the agents respect the same rights.

Members and access: one profile per person, one scope per team.

Your assistant, connected

Escouade exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. A compatible assistant, such as Claude, can query your memory from its own interface, with the rights of the signed-in person.

The sources read

Emails (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP) and attachments; PDF and scanned documents, with OCR; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument and CSV; meeting minutes received by email.

For each source, the authorised account and the data concerned are defined with you.
