No plan is charged per user. Prices exclude VAT; the allowances and their ratios are indicative, and are recalibrated on real usage.
Each size has a usage allowance: meetings, voice, chat questions, emails sent. It is shown as a percentage in Account and subscription, in Escouade’s settings.
Beyond it, credits take over, in packs of €10, €25 or €50, valid for twelve months and shared across all functions. Or you move up a size.
Guided onboarding costs €600 excl. VAT, once: setting up your workspace, importing your data, connecting one mailbox and an hour of hands-on training. It is optional, and very strongly recommended for advanced use.
Beyond that, support is charged by the day, €500 excl. VAT.
No. Every function is in every plan: CRM, Meet, Mail, Social, Documents, Agents and Tools. The size sets the number of users and the usage allowance.
No. Essential covers three people; Pro and Max have no user limit. No plan is priced by headcount.
Yes. You move up a size when your usage calls for it, without changing tools or data.
With Escouade hub, you have Escouade (the CRM, documents, agents and the three MCP connectors), the data and the AI on your server, with your own keys and no allowance. Meet, Mail, Social and Tools are taken separately, as an online subscription, as for all our customers: your installation links to your Escouade account, and they appear in “My suite”.
In “My suite”, in Escouade’s settings: each application says what your size gives you, and opens with nothing to connect. What you pay, your size, your usage and your invoices, is in “Account and subscription”. Connectors, for their part, connect your third-party tools: Gmail, Outlook, your Claude or your ChatGPT.
