You use it online, from the Free plan to Max, or you take Escouade hub, installed on a server in your name: your data on your server.

Online, the software, the database and your documents are on our server, in France. With Escouade hub, they stay on a server in your name. What is needed goes to the AI provider: the questions, the passages needed for the answer and the emails to analyse. The models are named, with where they run; on your server, you choose your own.

No. Escouade reads your mailboxes and your documents. You can then gradually replace scattered tools, at your own pace.

Online, a single plan with no per-user price: Free at €0 and Essential at €19 excl. VAT per month, for 3 users; Pro at €60 excl. VAT and Max at €249 excl. VAT per month, unlimited users. You pay for usage, tracked as a percentage over the day and over the week; beyond it, credits in euros take over. Free also opens Meet, Mail and Social; it includes no AI, apart from a free trial given once only, then credits. Guided onboarding costs €600 excl. VAT, once: optional, it is very strongly recommended for advanced use. Escouade hub, your data on your server: an €8,000 excl. VAT licence, with six months of updates, and an integration of at least €3,000 excl. VAT, depending on your context and processes; after that, annual maintenance, under €900 excl. VAT per year. Meet, Mail, Social and Tools are then taken as an online subscription, as for all our customers.

Online, your data stays yours. With Escouade hub, if you stop maintenance, your installation keeps running on the version it has, and your data stays accessible. Your right of use has no end date: if we ceased trading, you would keep the software; only new versions would stop.

Online, you open your workspace yourself, and guided onboarding, if you take it, sets it up with you. On your server, it depends on the access to approve and the volume of data to migrate: we specify it with you during scoping.

It contains one, configurable to your trade. But its value lies elsewhere: linking your emails, your documents and your deals into a shared memory, which your teams query and which your agents work on.

Emails (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP) and their attachments, PDF and scanned documents (with OCR), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument and CSV, and meeting minutes received by email.

Escouade exposes an MCP server: a compatible assistant, such as Claude, can query your memory with the rights of the signed-in person.

The interface is in French and follows the habits of office software. Training is available on request, at €500 excl. VAT per day.

The agents’ proposals wait for your decision in the control centre. Some filing operations apply without review (filing an attachment, linking an email to its file), as do the “Always apply” rules you choose.

An assistant answers the person who asks it. An Escouade agent works on the company’s context, from what comes in (an email, a document), and prepares an action on your records.

Yes: automations are built in the tool, with no code (a trigger, steps, a result), within the agreed scope or with our support.

There is no price per agent or per user: agents are included in every plan, and in Escouade hub. Online, their usage counts towards your size’s allowance, then towards credits; on your server, the AI model usage depends on the provider you choose and on your volumes.

With Escouade hub, on a server in your name, on your premises or with the host of your choice: one installation per company, never a space shared between customers. Online, on our server in France, in a space separate from other customers’; your data stays yours.

With Escouade hub, its version and its health, to publish the updates. Our update tool’s access to Escouade’s containers is written into the contract. Online, we host your workspace: what we may do with your data is written into the contract.

With Escouade hub, your installation keeps running and your data stays accessible; only new versions stop. Online, your data stays yours.

It depends on your office suite and your uses; both are paid per user per month. Escouade does not replace them: it gathers the company’s context on your server, and a compatible assistant can query it.

Their public prices are set per user per month, and they change: check them with the publisher. To compare with a package, do the maths with your own figures.

Online, Escouade is not paid per user: Essential costs €19 excl. VAT per month for three people, Pro €60 excl. VAT with no user limit. With Escouade hub, not always: over three years and for a small team, the per-user subscription can cost less than the package. The calculation on the Pricing page shows it with your figures.

No. Your quoting and site-tracking software stays in place; Escouade links what circulates around it: emails, files, minutes, stakeholders.

Files in PDF, scanned or not, are read: the CCTP technical specifications, the CCAP administrative terms, the DPGF bill of quantities, the tender rules. CAD files are not.
