Escouade MeetIncluded in every plan

Every meeting leaves its minutes, filed in the right place.

Escouade Meet opens video rooms, joins your usual video calls and records your meetings in the field, then writes the minutes: the decisions, the actions, who owns them. The minutes join the deal and the contacts they concern, and your agent can read them again.

With Escouade hub, on your server, Escouade Meet is taken as an online subscription, as for all our customers.

Robotmeet is now Escouade Meet.

  • Video roomsOne link per meeting, opened in the browser.
  • RecordingOne track per participant, for faithful minutes.
  • MinutesDecisions, actions and owners, written up for you.
  • Filed where it belongsThe minutes join the deal and the contacts concerned.

Our rooms, or your usual video calls

Each meeting has its room, opened in the browser, with no software to install. If the meeting is held elsewhere, a bot joins it to record it.

An hour in our rooms counts as a third of an hour against your allowance: it costs us less, so we count it less.

The bot goes to the meeting, even at a customer’s

The bot joins the meeting through its link, on five video-conferencing platforms, whether you attend or not, including at a customer’s or a partner’s. It follows the calendars you choose; for an impromptu meeting, paste its link.

In a waiting room, nothing is recorded until the organiser lets it in. It announces itself in the chat, leaves if a participant answers “no” where the chat allows it, and can be removed at any time. An email tells you when the minutes are ready.

In the field, without a video call

A customer meeting, a site visit, an interview: the phone recorder first has the participants confirm their consent, then records; once opened online the first time, it also works without a network. No dedicated device; a quiet spot helps the transcription.

The recording is kept on the phone, then sent; sending does not delete the local copy, and an interrupted recording can be recovered.

Minutes, without writing them

When the meeting ends, the minutes are ready: what was decided, what needs doing, and by whom. Five templates write them to suit the meeting: general, team meeting, customer meeting, recruitment, site meeting. You review them, correct them, send them.

Actions keep their owner and their due date, and can become tasks, attached to the deal.

The transcript, to check

The transcript is time-stamped and says who is speaking. You rename the voices, find a passage to the second, and export it as text or subtitles.

No accuracy rate is promised: speech recognition can make mistakes, and the transcript stays next to the minutes so you can check them.

A meeting you remember

The minutes go into Escouade’s memory. Three months later, “What did we decide about the lead times?” finds the answer, and cites the meeting.

Search works by meaning as well as by exact words: “delivery delays” finds the meeting where a carrier was unavailable. When the information is missing, the answer says so.

Share without showing everything

Your meetings stay private until you share them. The minutes go to the participants through a viewing link, without the transcript, your personal notes or the audio.

They export as PDF, Markdown, text, subtitles or JSON.

Your calendars and your assistant, connected

Meet reads your Google and Outlook calendars without ever changing them, and you choose the calendars it follows. No Google or Microsoft password is ever entered into it.

Your assistant queries your meetings through the MCP, tool by tool, with a separate permission for transcripts; it can prepare an action, which you confirm. A read-only API and signed webhooks (transcript available, minutes ready, processing interrupted) serve your own tools.

Consent first, and your meetings are yours

Telling participants and obtaining their consent is the organiser’s job: Meet announces itself, has consent confirmed in person, and leaves on a refusal where the chat allows it. The minutes, transcripts and recordings belong to your company.

Nothing is deleted by default, or after 30 days, 90 days or a year, as you choose; a deleted meeting spends seven days in the bin, then all its copies are erased.

Consent, retention and privacy

Who it’s for

  • Sales teamsListen to the customer while Meet takes the notes, and dictate the debrief on the way out: needs, objections, commitments, next step.
  • Project and site managersProgress meetings and on-site checks, their decisions and their actions, in the same place as the deal.
  • ManagementThe decisions taken without you, in writing: the bot attends the meetings you miss.
  • RecruitersLook at the candidate, not at your keyboard. The minutes stay factual, with no personal judgement, and do not decide for you.
  • JournalistsThe exact quote, found to the second in the transcript.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

All questions

Do we need to install any software?

No. The room opens in the browser. For a meeting held elsewhere, the bot joins it for you.

We already have a video tool. Why Meet?

Your video tool sometimes takes notes, when everyone has a licence and the meeting is held at your company. Meet also goes to a customer’s or a partner’s meetings, whether you attend or not, records in the field, and files everything in one place, with no per-user price.

Does the bot join my meetings on its own?

Yes, from the calendars you follow, whether you attend or not. In a waiting room, nothing is recorded until the organiser lets it in, and you can remove it at any time.

Do participants need to be told?

Yes. The organiser tells participants that the meeting is recorded, and obtains their consent.

What do the minutes contain?

The decisions, the actions and who owns them, and you review them before sending. No accuracy rate is promised: the transcript stays alongside so you can check.

How long are our meetings kept?

As long as you want: nothing is deleted by default, or after 30 days, 90 days or a year. A deleted meeting spends seven days in the bin, then all its copies are erased.
