Escouade MailIncluded in every plan

Mailboxes for your team, and for your agent.

Escouade Mail opens mailboxes on your domain, sends your outreach campaigns and follows up in the conversation thread, until someone replies. A reply stops the sequence, and joins the contact’s record.

With Escouade hub, on your server, Escouade Mail is taken as an online subscription, as for all our customers. Your Gmail and Outlook mailboxes connect everywhere.

Subagent is Escouade Mail: the API, the SDKs and the documentation for agents stay on subagent.fr.

A mailbox, even for your agent

Every person, and every agent, can have a mailbox on your domain. The agent writes, receives and replies from its own address; a message that needs approval waits for a human before it goes.

What an agent does with a mailbox

Booking a meeting, answering support, signing up to a service and reading the code it sends, following up a file, prospecting between professionals: a mission in one sentence, and the agent handles it from its own address.

Your agent and your assistant, connected

An agent connects to Mail through the MCP, with a key of its own; your Claude or your ChatGPT, through a connector: an address to paste, a sign-in, an authorisation. Nothing else to install.

An agent’s key never carries the right to approve: that right stays with humans. An API and signed webhooks serve your own tools.

It reads what it receives, without obeying it

A mailbox receives as soon as it is created, and the agent collects its messages and their attachments. What a third party writes reaches it marked as untrusted data, never as an instruction: an email cannot give your agent orders.

Nothing goes without you, when you want it so

A message can require approval: it then waits, as a draft, for a human to review it, correct it or reject it. An agent never approves its own messages.

The activity log keeps who did what: the agent, a person or the service.

Outreach that respects your recipients

A campaign brings together a mailbox, an audience and one to four steps, with up to three variants to compare. You preview it before launching it, pause it, resume it.

Emails go from your domain, spread over the day, with warm-up for a new domain. Every first message carries an unsubscribe link, and anyone who asks to stop is not contacted again.

Follow-ups in the thread

A follow-up replies to the previous message, in the same conversation: your recipient finds the whole context. As soon as they reply, the follow-ups stop for them, and for their company.

Sending rules that protect your domain

A new mailbox ramps up step by step; emails go out within your sending window, spaced out; a mailbox that bounces too much stops before it damages your domain’s reputation.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

All questions

Can we send from our own domain?

Yes, and that is the rule: the first message to someone who doesn’t know you always goes from your domain. The settings to add at your registrar are given to you, and checked.

Do our Gmail or Outlook mailboxes stay?

Yes. They connect to Escouade, which reads them and links them to your records. Escouade Mail adds mailboxes; it doesn’t make you leave yours.

Can an agent send on its own?

It prepares. A draft that needs approval waits for a human, and an agent never approves its own messages.

Can an email it receives manipulate my agent?

No. What a third party writes is marked as untrusted data: the agent reads it, it does not obey it.

Is Mail for bulk sending?

No. Mail writes to one person at a time, from one mailbox, at a human pace: no bulk sending, and no transactional emails.

Is email delivery guaranteed?

Nobody can guarantee it. Mail puts on your side what helps it: an authenticated domain, a gradual ramp-up, spaced-out sending, and a mailbox that stops when it bounces too much.
