Escouade Documents is document management that works on its own: every attachment is filed in its deal’s folder, read, scans included, then found by its content. A question finds its answer, and cites the file.

Every file in its place
An attachment arrives with its email: Escouade classifies it, attaches it to the deal and the contact it concerns, and files it in the right folder. What it can’t decide becomes a proposal.
Read, scans included
PDFs, scans, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OpenDocument files are read on our server. Reading and search by meaning are not limited: only storage depends on the size.
A question, a sourced answer
“What delivery time had we agreed?”: the answer cites the file and the passage, and you open the document in one click.

Usage allowances are shown as a percentage in Account and subscription. Ratios and benchmarks are indicative, and are recalibrated on real usage; beyond them, credits take over, without changing plan. Prices exclude VAT, and none is per user.
Which formats are read?
PDFs, scanned or not, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument and CSV, as well as email attachments.
Is file reading limited?
No. It runs on our server, in a queue: a large import takes a few days instead of being refused. Only storage depends on your size.
Where are our documents stored?
In France, with our hosting provider. With Escouade hub, they stay on your server.
