Usage allowances are shown as a percentage in Account and subscription. Ratios and benchmarks are indicative, and are recalibrated on real usage; beyond them, credits take over, without changing plan. Prices exclude VAT, and none is per user.
Do we have to replace our current CRM?
Not in one go. Escouade CRM can start alongside your tools, with your emails, then take over your records when you decide. CSV import is included in every plan.
How much does one more user cost?
Nothing. No plan is charged per user: Essential covers three people, Pro and Max have no limit.
Can my agent change the CRM?
Yes, through Escouade’s MCP, with the rights of the signed-in person. Every write carries their signature and leaves a line in the log.
